Obesity and belly fat is now a universal problem to people in the middle and upper sections of people. They spend their time with this burden.
I haven’t faced such an awkward situation in my whole life. Certainly it’s horrible. Recently at the age of 60+ I have been facing that issue.
So naturally like me, most of the victims are trying to reduce our belly fat and weight in different ways like dieting, exercise, yoga and walking.
But one of the ways to keep the body healthy is to exercise.There is no alternative. If you exercise regularly, you can keep yourself away from many diseases.
