Obesity and belly fat is now a universal problem to people in the middle and upper sections of people. They spend their time with this burden.

 I haven’t faced such an awkward situation in my whole life. Certainly it’s horrible. Recently at the age of 60+ I have been facing that issue. 

So naturally like me, most of the victims are trying to reduce our belly fat and weight in different ways like dieting, exercise, yoga and walking. 

     But one of the ways to keep the body healthy is to exercise.There is no alternative. If you exercise regularly, you can keep yourself away from many diseases.

 Those who want to lose weight and keep themselves fit, besides dieting, it is important to exercise regularly.  Many go to the gym regularly to exercise. 

On the other hand, some spend most of the day walking. They used to walk two times a day, morning and evening, However, they won’t get any fruitful results. 

     Hard work that is supposed to pay off doesn’t always pay off.  Going to the gym regularly is not the end of body care.

 Recently, a fitness trainer said that you don’t need to go to the gym every day to keep your body active.  All you have to do for yourself is 7 minutes a day.  The body will be healthy in seven minutes of exercise.  Muscles will be strong.

 Minute 1-

 Start this 7-minute exercise tour by marching.  This is basically a knee exercise.  Many will have done this in childhood physical education classes.  Walking in sync with the hands and feet.  This 60-second exercise holds the key to wellness.

 minute 2-

 After marching, it’s time for squats.  Stand with knees bent as if sitting on a chair, waist and back straight.  While standing, spread both arms straight ahead.  Practice like this for a minute every day.

 Minutes 3-

 The next step in squats is the situp.  This asana is very effective in shedding belly fat and keeping leg muscles active.  Do as many situps as you can in this one minute.

 Minutes 4-

 Punches are great for making the arm muscles strong and toned. So, it is important to punch not only the muscles of the hand, but also to keep all the functions of the body active.  Punch bags are available to buy in the market.  Buy one and hang it in a convenient place and punch it.  But not much.  One minute on the clock.

 Minutes 5-

 At the end of the punch, stay for the next one minute to ‘jump’.  Stand straight and spread your arms out like wings.  Then jump with two feet.  Don’t jump from a high place.  There is a risk of injury.


Minutes 6-

 Begin side plank at the end of the jump.  Lie on your right side.  This time keep the right hand on the floor.  So put the weight of the body on the right hand. 

Now
raise the left arm straight up towards the ceiling.  Keep the legs strong.  Now lift the body by leaning on the right hand.  Hold for 30-60 seconds and do the same on the other side.

 Minutes 7-

 Skip the last minute.  There is no more enjoyable exercise than this.  Jump in the same position with or without a jump rope.  You will benefit.
